Part B: Support the production of accessible content
This section applies to the output from the authoring tool, which is to be viewed via a web browser. It includes both content which is created during an authoring session and content which is automatically generated outside of an authoring session.
The main point of Part B is to ensure that disabled users can access the content that has been authored. Whilst some of the responsibility for this rests with the author, there are many things that the authoring tool can do to promote accessibility and to guide authors to create accessible content.
