Columns in Word 2

We are looking at different ways to create columns in Word. One way of creating such layouts that is now very common, is to use a table for layout. Tables for layout are not good practice. Tables should only be used to present data.

Even if you remove the borders so that it doesn't visually look like a table, a screen reader will still announce it as a table but there will be no caption, no header row or column and the information inside it will not be tabular data. This can cause confusion.
