Forms and data validation

  4. Go down [number] to select a 20% accent
  5. Press enter

  1. Go to the input cell where you want to give an input message
  2. Alt

  4. V to open the Data Validation menu
  5. V to open the Data Validation dialogue
  6. to go to Input Message
  7. Tab x 2 to the Title field
  8. Type in a title
  9. Tab to the Input Message field
  10. Type in a brief input message
  11. Tab x 2 to OK
  12. Enter
  1. Go to cell [ref]
  2. Data
  3. Data validation
  4. Input message
  5. Title
  6. Dictate a title
  7. Tab to move to Input Message field
  8. Dictate a brief input message
  9. OK
Set data type and range
