Colour and styles
Themes
If you want a consistent theme across all your spreadsheets, then you should create and save a theme. You can share this with other people in your organisation or family.

Customise colours |
- Alt to go to the ribbon
- P to open the Page Layout ribbon
- T C to open the Colours menu
- C to open the Create New Theme Colours pop-up
- Type in a name for your colour scheme
- Tab x 3 to start amending the theme colours
- Enter to open the colour palette
- Use the arrow keys to select an existing colour or M to open the Colours pop-up
- → to open Custom colours
- Tab to the fields you want to input
- Enter to close the Colour pop-up
- Repeat until you have amended all the different colour options
- Tab to the Save button

- Dictate a name for your colour scheme
- Select items to customise, using Say What You See
- When you have finished,

- Alt to go to the ribbon
- P to open the Page Layout ribbon
- T F to open the Fonts menu
- C to open the Create New Theme Fonts pop-up
- Type in a name for your font scheme
- Tab x 3 to start amending the Heading Font
- ↓ to select a font or begin typing its name
- Enter to select a font
- Tab to Body Font and select the desired font
- Tab to the Save button

Cell Styles
Once you have set up and selected your theme, it is easy to apply different cell styles.

- Go to the cell that you want to apply the style to
- Alt to go to the ribbon
- H to open the Home ribbon
- J to open the Cell Styles menu
- ↓ / ↑ / ← / → to select a style

Go down [number] and Go right [number] to move to the desired style

Modify a cell style |
- Go to the cell that you want to apply the style to
- Alt to go to the ribbon
- H to open the Home ribbon
- J to open the Cell Styles menu
- ↓ / ↑ / ← / → to select a style
- Shift + F10 to open the right-click menu
- ↓ to Modify
- Enter
- Check that Format is in focus and press Enter to open the Format Cells menu
- → x 2 to open the Font tab
- Tab to move between items to edit and then move to OK
- Enter to select items and close the pop-up boxes

Go down [number] and Go right [number] to move to the desired style
Press shift F10 to open the right-click menu

- Use Say What You See and arrow commands to edit any item
