  3. I 2 to open the Link menu
  4. I to open the Insert Link dialogue
  5. Shift + Tab to move focus into the left pane
  6. to select Place in this Document
  7. Tab until Text to display is in focus
  8. Type meaningful link text
  9. Enter
  1. Insert
  2. Link
  3. Place in this document
  4. Text to display
  5. Dictate meaningful link text
  6. OK

  7. Tab to the Address field
  8. Open web browser and locate the website you want to link to
  9. Alt + D to move to the address bar
  10. Ctrl + C to copy the URL
  11. Alt + Tab to switch to Excel
  12. Ctrl + V to paste the URL
  13. Tab to the Text to display field
  14. Type meaningful link text
  15. Enter
  1. Insert
  2. Link
  3. Existing File or Webpage
  4. Switch to [browser]
  5. Press alt D
  6. Press control C
  7. Switch to Excel
  8. Press control V
  9. Text to display
  10. Dictate meaningful link text
  11. OK
